Change only happens when people act together for a common purpose. We want to build citizen power in Glasgow.
Glasgow is split up into 23 different wards. Our aim is to have at least 100 citizens registered as a supporter in each ward.
When we hit the 100, we will open nominations for council candidates. Every supporter will have a say in who will stand for Another Glasgow Is Possible in their ward.
All supporters must agree to our Vision for the city, and our Statement of Values below.
STATEMENT of values
I believe that citizens working together are the only force that can build a better Glasgow for all of us.
I support taking wealth and power from privileged hands and putting it to work for the people of this city as a whole.
I stand for solidarity, empathy, and respect.
I reject all hatred and prejudice that divides citizens and weakens them in the face of the wealthy elites who would rule over us forever.
